I've been bitten!! By the vampire bug...

You know for so long, when these stupid books came out I heard about, something about a vampire love story, all I could think of was "how gay is that" and make fun of it, and anyone who read the books....

and then suddenly.... I was pulled in!! And in the last 2 weeks, I have read 3 books, and am halfway thru the last!! I LOVE IT!!
I am smack dap in the middle of the last one... and I must say, these books are awesome, and I love them, and they have made me get back into reading... Dave & I have little reading dates at night in our bed before we go to sleep... He has always been a reader, and I was always hassling him to turn the light off, and its reverse now, I could read ALL night long lately.

I don't know what I'm going ot do with my life after I'm finished with this last one!!

I WISH I WAS A VAMPIRE!! haha.

Can't wait till the movie comes out!!

Our First Wedding Anniversary!!

One year down... Wow.. What a year it has been... and it just seems crazy to us that it has already been a year since we tied the knot. We'd been dating almost 5 years, so this wedding was HIGHLY anticipated (especially by me) and it was such a fun event, I loved planning it, and Dave loved that he didn't have to plan any of it, and I just remember that day as such an incredible day.

It has been quite the eventful year for us, and we've had a blast travling together, to Hawaii, & the Bahamas, and just enjoying life as a married couple.

It's been quite the ride this last year, and a lot of fun... I love ya babe!!

For our anniversary we spent Saturday night at the Grand America Hotel... it was fabulous, that place is amazing... excuse the poor quality in these pictures, I only had my phone camera.

We just relaxed, ordered room service, laid by the pool, and enjoyed being with eachother! We were lucky enough to get an amazing suite on the 24th floor, the highest level, and it was just amazing.

Princess Party!!

We celebrated my nieces birthday on Wednesday, and we, along with her parents threw her a Princess party.
She loved every minute of it.

Happy Birthday to our little niece, our angel, MAREN!

I had to take a moment to sit and write down my thoughts about one of the most precious things in my life... my loveable little niece that entered into our lives 4 years ago. Maren Rose Feller was born on August 6th, 2004... and there has not been a moment since that time that she has not made my world a happier place! We don't have any kids of our own yet, but I seriously never knew that it was possible to have so much love for one little girl. Your giggles, your cheesy smiles, your shimmy shakin' and dancing, and the glow you have around you has made my life so happy. I love you more than words can express! Thank you for coming into our lives! Thank you for teaching me so much about life and love and happiness!! You are truly our little angel, and we are so proud of you and all the progress you have made these last 2 years. There is nothing more I love to hear than your little laugh...
For those of you who don't know my niece has had developmental issues, and they still don't have a diagnosis for what exactly is wrong with her, but this little kid is determined to beat the odds, and every day she amazes us with the new things she learns, and the new words she comes up with. Her latest favorite word is Bobodika... hahaha I know that someday you will be able to talk, and you will be telling us all sorts of amazing stories.
From your first step, to your first mumble, I'm so very proud of you for being as angelic and strong as you are and I hope you always know you are loved deeply by your entire family no matter what life brings you!! I LOVE YOU PRINCESS!! Have a happy 4th birthday... your Auntie Kristen & Uncle Dave love you more than you can even comprehend, and we'll always be here for you!

Camping in the Uintahs!

We planned out a big ol' camping trip up in the Uintahs over the last few weeks, and finally this weekend we went, with my entire Family (feller side). Wow, camping is so much dang work, but a lot of fun to be up in nature. We had a lot of fun spending time with the family. And learning how to cook with our dutch ovens (my sis in law & me) and just enjoying the scenery. It is so gorgeous up there. All the campsites were FULL, so it was a good thing we got there early on Thursday, or we would never have found anything. I guess you can reserve spots online, so next time that is what we'll do, so we don't have to try and fight people for a campsite. We found a site at the Moosehorn campground, and it was lovely. Had a little lake, and was surrounded by like 8 lakes and tons of gorgeous hikes.
It was my nieces first camping trip, and it was so much fun to experience that with her, she slept with me in my sleeping bag both nights we were up there. I love that little girl, she just makes everyone and everything happy! Here are some pictures from our camp out.
