So many updates... so little time...

I'm finding it so hard to find any extra time these days! But so much has been going on. Number one reason I have no time is because I'm busy with the cutest girl in the world, AND, I took on a stay at home job! Yes! I work 4 hours a day from home for Dave's company as an online moderator for their game Animal Jam-- it is GREAT to work at home in our office-- seriously so lucky to have found this, I've got the best of both worlds. But, with that said... you would think 4 hours is not a big deal... but with a baby, let me tell you, it's SO HARD! But I love it, and I love to be able to work and be at home and be with my lover bug.

So, let us begin the update!

Where do I begin??
We headed to San Diego for a week... Sydnie's first plane ride! First Vacation! We had a blast... I've been going to San Diego ever since I was Sydnie's age, so I was so excited to take her to our families condo and show her all the stuff I loved as a kid.

We let her have her first sucker while we were in San Diego... Boy did she LOVE that!

We celebrated Dave's 30th Birthday! HOLY COW! Old man... He did not want much of a celebration AT ALL. Was not excited about turning 30. So we kept things really low key this year. With a party & Birthday dinner with his family. Our lives sure have changed since his last Birthday. Ha! CRAZY how much has changed. New house, new baby, new car, new LIFE! But he says it's been his best year yet. Only more great things to come. We sure love this guy!

Sydnie had her first taste of solid food. We started out with the Rice Cereal. SHE HATED IT. haha. Slowly she is getting use to it. But it's a battle every night to get her to eat 1/4th a cup. But we're just on week 2 of introducing foods. We have her 6 month appt on Monday, I'm anxious to see what her stats are! She is already in 9 month clothes.

This girly is amazing. I can't tell you how much fun I have with her. She is sitting up, trying to crawl, and talking/gabbing like crazy. She is so much fun. We absolutely ADORE her. She is so happy. She laughs now. She rolls around. Sits up by herself. Loves to stand with help. Loves to play with and chew on anything she can reach. She hates her carseat and being in the car. It is honestly the only time she gets very fussy. She loves the bath, has started to figure out how to splash, and play with toys in the tub, and looks forward to her bath every night. She goes to sleep really good with out any help most nights. We just lay her in her crib, and she usually goes right to sleep. Sleeps till 4 or 5 most nights, and wakes up to eat and goes back to bed for a few hours. I cannot even believe that 6 months has passed us by. Where is the time going? She is getting so big. On one hand I just love it, I love her learning new things and getting bigger... on the other hand I miss my little baby who loved to be rocked and cuddled and snuggled! Now she just wants to play and move around and be a big girl!

We bought a new car last weekend. Man was that stressful. We never have owned a BRAND new car. But we went for it. It took lots of test driving and researching to find what would work for us, but we love our new car! Hyundai Tuscon. Dave had to have it in this specific blue-- so they had to go all around the Valley searching for it. I guess if you're going to spend that kind of money, you should have what you want, right? :)

Well I'm sure I'm missing something as far as what we've been up to-- but I've got to go work while little miss is taking a nap!
